In using this website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must ensure that the password is kept confidential. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately.

Prices and special offers are correct at the time of publication. Prices are exclusive of VAT at the ruling rate and delivery costs.

Payment must be made prior to dispatch of all goods.

If goods are ordered in error it may be possible to return them. This is at the discretion of Direct Hair Products and a 25% handling charge will be made. Carriage to be paid by the buyer and the seller accepts no responsibility for lost parcels. Due to strict hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of items such as scissors, clippers or razors. This list is not exhaustive.

Our policy is to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving an order; however please allow extra time at weekends and bank holidays. Times quoted are in good faith, but are not binding. Direct Hair Products does not accept responsibility for transport delays which result in late delivery.

£4.99 plus VAT is the set delivery charge for the UK.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed and payment taken.

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used only for their intended purpose by a qualified hairdresser or beautician.

Direct Hair Products reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
